Description
Yonkers Skatepark is a top-notch park for skateboard lovers. It is a 7,000-square-foot concrete park. It has a fun-looking kidney bowl with some pool-coping and street features.
It is an excellent place for those who are already experts in skateboarding and to learn from those who are already experts. Various obstacles can be found here, like a bowl or pool, flat rail, Hubba grind box or ledge, mini ramp, and pyramid. Yonkers Bowl is a small street area with a deep pool (8–10 feet) with block copings and a transition.
There’s room for parking, and the skatepark doesn’t have any rules, fees, or fences, so it’s just open 24/7, but lights are not present at night. 1 mile from Tuckahoe Metro North Station. If you like bowling sessions on wheels, this is a nice getaway and an amazingly chill place to skate.
