Description
“Bruckner Skatepark, also known as Throggs Neck Skate Park, is a compact concrete skatepark tucked behind MS 101 in the far eastern Bronx. Featuring quarterpipes, a corner, funbox, flatrail, and banks, it provides a variety of ramps for skaters.
Located at Bruckner Playground on Brinsmade Avenue and Cross Bronx Expressway, the skate park is unsupervised and operates from dusk to dawn. Also termed Throgs Neck Skate Park, it’s a small yet popular spot for skaters to hang out, meet up, and enjoy skating.
With a rating of 3 for crowding, the park requires helmet use, and full pads are recommended. Skating comes at a cost, and participants need to sign a liability waiver. Despite its modest size, Bruckner Skatepark serves as a local hub for skating enthusiasts in the Bronx.”
