Fremont Skatepark: A Concrete Playground for Skateboarders
In the heart of Central Park, Freemont Skatepark is a 30,000 square foot concrete playground. It’s one of the largest in Northern California. Designed by Wormhoudt Inc., the experts in skatepark design.
Skate Park Layout and Features:
- Variety of Terrain: The skatepark has something for all levels of skaters. Pool style bowl, flow bowl with hips and bank extension, drainage ditch, hubba ledges, flat ledges, manual pads, camel hump, launch ramps, flat gaps, flat bars, handrails, banks and a skateable sculpture. All the ramps are perfect for beginners and pros.
Fremont Skate Park Rules and Hours:
- Hours: Fremont Skatepark is open daily. Skaters have plenty of time to skate from dawn till 8pm.
- Safety: Skaters must wear helmets and pads for safety.
- Free: Despite all the features, the entrance is free. It’s a skatepark for the people.
