📍 Meadow Heights Skatepark, Buchan Street, Meadow Heights VIC, Australia
Meadow Heights Skatepark is home to one of Melbourne’s best bowls. Built in the early 2010s, it replaced the old half pipe at the centre of Buchan Street Reserve. The park was designed by Convic Skateparks and brought to life by the crew at Precision Skate Parks, and the result is a rad concrete playground with plenty of flow.
The bowl itself is the standout, featuring hips, banks, an over-vert, and a solid deep end—plenty of lines to keep you carving for hours. For those chasing a bit of street, a few standard ledges are scattered around the perimeter of the bowl to mix things up.
While the design and build quality are top notch, the biggest downside is maintenance—broken glass and rubbish are too often left behind, forcing skaters to clear the way before dropping in.
