Yarra Glen Skatepark is a spacious concrete park offering a great balance between transition and street skating. Located in the heart of town at McKenzie Reserve, the park is surrounded by open green space, making it a welcoming spot for skaters and the local community alike.
The layout includes large quarters that form a 6ft mini ramp, creating a smooth flow for transition skaters. The rest of the park remains open and versatile, allowing skaters to carve lines however they like. On the street side, you’ll find a solid mix of rails, ledges, small quarters, a volcano, and other features that provide plenty of variety.
The smooth, colour-coded concrete not only looks good but also makes for consistent riding. A shaded shelter is available nearby—perfect for resting, cooling down, or hanging out with friends between sessions.
Overall, Yarra Glen Skatepark is a well-designed and diverse park for its size, offering something for skaters of all abilities in a central, scenic location.
