Description
The Veterans Skateboard Park, also known as Cypress Skatepark, is a concrete outdoor skatepark with lighting available for night skating. Located in Veterans Park, it offers a variety of features such as rails, ledges, ramps, a 3-stair with Hubba, 5-stair handrail, and an 8-stair handrail. It makes it suitable for skaters of all levels. The skatepark is free to use and operates from 8 am until dusk.
Adjacent to the playground and restrooms, the skatepark is conveniently situated with street parking or a parking lot nearby. It provides covered picnic tables and BBQ facilities. It makes it an ideal spot for family gatherings and creating memorable moments. The park also features bleachers and additional picnic tables.
To ensure safety, the skatepark requires the use of helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads. Only skateboards and inline skates are allowed, with bicycles and scooters prohibited. Overall, Cypress Skate Plaza offers a versatile and family-friendly environment for skaters.
