Open daily from 7 am to 10:45 pm.
The park offers a variety of features, including rails, ramps, pipes, pyramids, and more, making it an ideal destination for skateboarders.
Designed with a combination of advanced and beginner features, the skatepark includes a street plaza, flat bars, grinding ledges and blocks, pump bumps, sloped ramps, and bowls, ensuring there's something for skaters of all proficiency levels. The presence of lights facilitates night skating, enhancing the park's accessibility and extending its hours of use.
While providing a dynamic mix of transition and street elements, the Pecos Park Skate Park operates under skate-at-your-own-risk rules, emphasizing the importance of protective equipment to prevent serious injury. The park's diverse features, ranging from Hubba and Curb to Wallride and MiniRamp, contribute to its appeal as a well-rounded concrete park catering to the skateboarding community in Phoenix.
There is no wood at this park. It is 100% concrete. As far as the layout, it consists of a load of grind ledges of all heights and types from flat, to bank to flat ledge, to a pyramid with a downhill ledge on it. 3 flat bar rails, 2 are double kinked, a couple of flat banks and a 7Ft. Bowl that's kind of weird as it has a narrow opening and high hips. The skate park is not for pool riders, but people who like skatepark-style would possibly visit this spot frequently. I find it to be as enjoyable as Chandler in a street kind of way. Submitted by Raymond
