Description
The Clyde North Skatepark, located within St Germain Playground on Bernardins Street, is a small concrete park featuring a handful of banks and ledges.
As is too often the case, the surrounding tanbark has spilled onto the concrete, creating an unnecessary hazard and distraction—a design flaw we wish was less common in skatepark planning.
While it does provide a basic spot to roll around, the park falls short of being a real destination for skaters. In fact, some of the gutters along Bernardin’s Street offer more satisfying lines than this underwhelming build.
