Welcome to Roberts Skate Park, Omaha’s pioneering skateboarding haven, established on October 25th, 1999, at Robert Park with both novice and pro skaters in mind. This 14,000-square-foot facility, constructed entirely of concrete, stands as a testament to the dedication and passion of the local skateboarding and in-line skating community, whose ideas and input were integral to its design and construction.

Roberts Skate Park offers a diverse range of features catering to skaters of all skill levels. Urban elements such as ramps, stairs, quarter pipes, grinding blocks, and fun boxes provide endless opportunities for skaters to hone their skills and push their limits. The park’s layout transitions seamlessly from flat areas to a thrilling snake run, culminating in both a 4 ft and 7 ft bowl, offering something for every type of skater.

Memorial Silhouettes:

As a tribute to the late Mathew Kress and Tommy Craft, two passionate advocates for a welcoming skateboarding community, Roberts Skate Park features two silhouettes of skateboarders crafted from galvanized steel at the park entrance. These silhouettes serve as a poignant reminder to respect one another and honor the legacy of those who helped make the park a reality.

Park Rules and Safety:

Skaters at Roberts Skate Park are reminded to skate at their own risk and adhere to park rules for a safe and enjoyable experience. The park is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm, offering ample opportunities for skaters to enjoy the facilities during daylight hours. Only skateboards and skates are permitted within the park, with caution advised on wet surfaces and debris affecting skating conditions. Appropriate protective gear is recommended for all skaters.
