📍 Portsmouth Skateboard Park, 979 Greenland Rd, Portsmouth, NH 03801, USA
After years of waiting, and decades of a pre-fab, low-quality skateboard park at Greenleaf Recreation Center, the city of Portsmouth has approved a 3 million dollar skatepark nearby that opened in December of 2023.
Rye Airfield used to be the premiere location for skating on the Seacoast before it permanently closed during COVID-19 pandemic.
This is a park with lights for night skating, street ramps for street skaters, and a bowl for lovers of transition.
The new outdoor facility is being built by the same company that built the Dover NH skatepark.
The entire park encompasses over 20,000 sq. feet
