Features: Crafted by the experts at Maverick Skateparks, this concrete haven caters to skaters of all levels. The park has a variety of ramps, banks, fun boxes, ledges, and rails, ensuring a versatile riding experience. In October 2024, four energy-efficient LED floodlights were installed, allowing sessions to roll on until 10 PM. These lights automatically switch on at dusk, with two turning off five minutes early to give skaters time to pack up safely.
History: After years of passionate campaigning and fundraising, Phear Park Skatepark officially opened in September 2018. This community-driven project saw collaboration between local skaters, East Devon District Council, and Maverick Industries, transforming a long-held dream into reality.
