Description
A very giant park that was built and built by Jim Reese. The wood-made street course is the first phase, consisting of many options and lines. On one end, a 5 1/2′ quarter, a tall bank, a 5′ quarter, and a shallow 3 1/2′ quarter. On the other end, a medium-sized vert wall, and a 5′ quarter connected to a mini-ramp. In between, a 3-sided pyramid with a Hubba ledge(s)and a rail. A small curved pyramid with 2 ledges. Finally, a center “platform”, spinning to the mini-ramp on the back, bordering the small pyramid on the side, and a euro-gap, 5 stairs with a rail, a 4′ bank, and a 5 1/2′ bank. There is also a tall, but with a small transition, vert wall on one wall. There are some odds and ends thrown in there as well * How Crowded? 5

The Skate Park operation hours vary, depending on the season. Please check the hours sign which is located by the front gate of the Skate Park. Attempted use of the park after operation hours will result in a trespassing citation and suspension from James City County facilities.
