Located under a highway overpass in the heart of Downtown Miami, Lot 11 Skatepark has a gritty urban vibe that blends surprisingly well with its professional-grade design. The overhead highway provides shade from the Florida sun and some rain protection, making the park skateable even in unpredictable weather. The surrounding area feels alive — you’re in the middle of the city, but within the skatepark, there’s a strong sense of community, focus, and energy.
Lot 11 is alive, and it evolves with the people in it. One day it’s mellow, kids learning manuals. The next day it’s full-blown pro filming chaos with drone shots and energy drinks everywhere. It’s a monument to skateboarding, not just because of its size, but because it feels built by skaters, for skaters, and with skaters constantly shaping its soul.
