Located beneath Interstate 95 in South Philadelphia, this massive concrete wonderland has been built and expanded by skaters themselves since 1994. Over the years, it has transformed into a raw, gritty, and challenging park that attracts skaters from all over the world.
FDR is not just a skatepark—it’s a symbol of skateboarding rebellion and creativity. Unlike city-funded parks with polished designs, this park has grown organically, with new sections constantly being added by the local skate community.
