Description
A recent addition to the skatepark scene, Cushing Skatepark opened its gates in October 2022, located within Cushing Park. Designed and built by the American Ramp Company, this 3,000 sq. ft. facility offers a unique blend of concrete and pre-fab ramps. It providesa space for skating enthusiasts of all levels.
Skate Park Layout:
- Metal Construction: The skatepark features a metal construction, offering a versatile terrain that caters to a variety of skating styles, from beginners to advanced riders.
- Range of Obstacles: Skaters can enjoy a range of obstacles including a spine, curb, quarterpipe, funbox, manual pad, kicker, handrail, flatrail, bank, stairs, and a miniramp, ensuring an engaging and challenging experience.
- Versatile Space: Designed for other sports as well, the skatepark serves as a versatile space for various activities, promoting inclusivity and community engagement.
Accessibility and Usage:
- Public Access: The skatepark is open to the public and free to use, welcoming skaters of all ages and skill levels to enjoy its facilities.
- Operational Hours: Operating hours are from 6 am to 10 pm daily. It providesflexibility for skaters to enjoy their sessions at convenient times throughout the day.
