Description
Situated in Valley Memorial Park, this concrete skatepark spans 5,000 sq ft and was skillfully designed and built by Grindline in 2004. Located on the south side of Valley Memorial Park, just north of Tolt Middle School, the park stands as an engaging destination for skateboarders.
With an “open 24/7” policy, this concrete haven has a big concrete bowl, promising loads of fun and a variety of possible lines to explore. The park’s free entrance makes it accessible to all enthusiasts, but the use of helmets and pads is mandatory, prioritizing safety during skate sessions.
The standout features of the park include an over-vertical clamshell, a 9-foot deep end, a tall banked wall, and numerous hips, both big and small. The incorporation of formed concrete coping in the deep end and on top of the shell adds to the park’s quality and smoothness. Grindline’s expertise is evident. It providesa fast and exhilarating experience for skateboarders. The park, though slightly smaller than others, offers a thrilling ride with its well-made features. It makes it a must-visit for skating enthusiasts in the area.
