The park owes its existence to the benevolence of Carl and Marie Crowder, devoted residents of Bethany, who generously donated nearly 70 acres of land for the community’s enjoyment.
Amidst this green haven, Bethany Skatepark adds an extra layer of excitement, complementing the park’s myriad offerings. Encompassing three pavilions, a children’s playground, two baseball diamonds, a tennis court, and a bike trail, the park caters to a range of recreational interests. Restroom facilities ensure comfort. It makes it an ideal spot for families seeking wholesome enjoyment.
The skatepark itself presents a arrangement, featuring a back-and-forth run adorned with a quarter pipe and flanked by banks on either side of a captivating funbox. Additional ramps like the Hubba, Roll-in, Quarterpipe, Manualpad, Flatrail, and Bank add layers of challenge and creativity to the skating experience.
Operating throughout the week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Bethany Skatepark invites enthusiasts to indulge in their passion under the warmth of the sun or the shimmering glow of the moon. The best part? Admission to this recreational haven is entirely free, ensuring accessibility and giving a sense of community within the heart of Crowder Park.
