This outdoor DIY skate spot replaced the only indoor skatepark with in the quad-state area of West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. situated about 35 minutes from Winchester, Virginia, 20 minutes from Hagerstown, Maryland, and 40 minutes from Chamberburg, PA. Some of it is built by American Ramps, there is also some wood ramps, rails, boxes, spine and a mini ramp soon.How Crowded? 3
