Belleville Skate Park, located in Belleville, Ontario, is one of the region’s most exciting outdoor skate facilities, designed to balance street-style skating with creative flow features and a fast, deep bowl. With smooth concrete, rails, hubbas, stairs, unique camel humps, and a centerpiece double 4-stair section with wavy hubbas, the park is both a training ground for progression and a community hub for skaters of all levels.
Design & Layout
The skatepark’s design philosophy blends authentic street plaza elements with classic transition terrain to create a versatile and flowing environment. Unlike parks that isolate features, Belleville’s obstacles are interconnected, encouraging continuous lines.
Street Plaza Section
- Double 4-Stair Section (Main Feature):
- Wide dual stair sets with multiple approach angles.
- Rails positioned for both regular and goofy skaters.
- Signature wavy hubbas with undulating ledges — a rare design feature that forces skaters to adjust balance mid-trick, adding a creative twist to grinds and slides.
- Rails & Ledges:
- A mix of flat bars, handrails, and square ledges at varying heights.
- Great for everything from first grinds to advanced technical lines.
- Flatground Space:
- Large, smooth areas allow flat tricks, manuals, and connecting runs.
- Perfect for beginners and filmers setting up long lines.
