Description
Situated within the Andres And Maria Cardenas Recreation Center, also known as Blythe Street Park, this outdoor skatepark is characterized by a variety of features suitable for both beginners and experienced skaters. The concrete park, spanning a decent size, offers a diverse range of obstacles.
Apart from the skatepark, the facility hosts additional amenities such as a children’s play area, picnic tables, and a small grassy space, making it an ideal location for individuals to enjoy quality time with their loved ones. The plaza within the park boasts STREET LEAGUE features donated from the 2010 Ontario stop, including a colored ledge over a manual pad and a flat bank with a grinding hand rail.
The design incorporates burnished block finishes on perimeter ledges for aesthetic consistency with the surrounding architecture. The skatepark is open to all levels, with mandatory pads, and operates on specific hours from Monday to Saturday.
