Description

Our “Skateplatzl” is a park-like skate park on the Feierwerk grounds, adjacent to the Kranhalle. It offers concrete obstacles, ramps, stairs, steel railings, and a wooden mini ramp on approx. 900 square meters. The facility is permanently open to the public. It is one of the first facilities in Munich to be developed and realized in cooperation with the active skater scene (architect and skater Claus Bruch and the united skateboard artists). Children and young people can learn to skateboard in regular skate workshops at our “Skateplatzl”. The courses take place during the school vacations (except Christmas) and are divided into beginners (with some riding experience) and advanced. The minimum age is 7 years.
