The street section here is made up of the usual arrangement of the usual obstacles, with quarter pipes, flat banks, roll-ins, driveways, funboxes, hubbas, rails, ledges, manny pads, spines, stair sets, and vert walls. They are all made up of wood and laid down on concrete flooring.
The transitions section here is great too, being made up of a large half pipe next to an even larger vert half pipe. Adjacent to these is also a full pipe which is quite uncommon in the UK and worth heading down to have a skate on as there aren’t many opportunities to do so. Coming off the back of the pipe is a platform with a kidney-shaped old-school pool with pool coping which is also a big attraction here at Ramp City.
Overall this is a nice indoor park. There is a lot of space between the obstacles and they are arranged in a fairly creative way. The pipe and the old-school pool are the main attractions here, drawing people from all over the UK to come and have a go. It is a great place to come and practice the basics as well as if you are more experienced and looking for something a bit more challenging.
