Kendallville Skatepark is a fresh addition to the Outdoor Recreation Complex, nestled by a picturesque lake with sandy beaches at the heart of Kendallville. The location makes it more than just a skatepark—it’s part of a larger adventure destination offering swimming, kayaking, camping, and even cozy cabin rentals through the city website.
This project has been 15 years in the making, with efforts spearheaded by local heroes Diane Peachy and skatepark advocate Ron Witham. Their persistence and collaboration with the parks department, especially Ryan and Dawn, helped bring the dream to life, overcoming years of hurdles.

The skatepark is thoughtfully designed, blending versatility and fun:
