My name is Ryan. I'm 26 and I'm from Wellington, Florida. I have always had a deep love for animals, the beach, surfing, and skating. "Regular" sports were always fun, but skating was that special thing that I couldn't do wrong. No winner, no loser, just fun! I have been riding boards since I can remember, and am currently an intermediate-level street skater. While I'm not Tony Hawk, I think I'd be a rather excellent skate instructor, and I'd love the chance to be a part of the team! I got my Bachelor's in Biological Science from the University of Florida in 2019. I love to learn about exercise physiology, fitness, and wellness, and share my knowledge with others! Its always been one of my favorite things to teach others, as I know how important and wonderful it is to understand things. I was also a rather successful advanced Chemistry tutor for several years at University. I think one of the things that set me apart from many teachers is that I have a very high energy level, and love to be both very silly, and very serious!

Beginner level skaters will learn the basics with me, and have a ton of fun along the way! I can welcome them to Miami's many parks, teach them how to run the courses and do their very first skate tricks. I will also help them understand their boards, how to repair and tighten them, and give away some fun stickers for the first session. And if they are lucky, maybe a few coconuts!
