Veteran Instructor Andrew N. — Lakeville, Massachusetts

He started skating later than most. He was 21 when he picked the board back up. This has given him a special insight into how to progress in a speedy manner while maintaining high standards of safety. He gave an excellent understanding of all the principles of skating. He can get you started from the very basics as he did only 5 short years ago. He thinks patience and passion are keys to progression. He said that you must understand your level and how to push yourself the correct amount to progress while staying safe and not endangering yourself. He mentioned that the bottom line is skating should be fun if you do it correctly and you not hurt all the time you are much more likely to learn all the tricks you want to conquer. He can teach you how safety and fun should come together while skating.

I've taught skateboarding to younger kids before, and I've skateboarded all over Europe. I've won the best tricks and competitions. I've also taken a few second-place trophies in local competitions and got second in a competition in Germany.

Veteran Instructor Kegan S. — Fall River, Massachusetts

I've been skating since I was a teenager a little bit more than the intermediate level. I am 35 now and still skate and operate on anything with wheels. I would think I would be a good teacher or coordinator because I compartmentalize and break things down properly that I can do it in a teaching setting.
