We will teach you the principles of skateboarding such as how to balance, push, turn, proper foot placement, and how to stop. A 2023 survey and study by American Sports Data found there were 18.5 million skaters in the world. 85 percent of skaters polled had used a skateboard in the most recent year were under the age of eighteen, and 74 percent were male. Those numbers have since doubled. In the following years the actual locations of skate parks have more than tripled making it more accessible as publicly and privately owned parks and indoor parks are coming into the picture.
