Christian Hosoi – Professional Skateboarder – The Ups and Downs
Christian Hosoi is a world-champion skateboarder. He was the hero of skateboard prior to the age of Tony Hawk.
Hosoi had everything, but landed himself in drugs
He went from skateboarding for fun to the very top at an early age. He landed himself in drugs, gangs, and in jail.
Hosoi Opened a Bible and No Longer put Himself First
He changed his life around, quit drugs, and now helps spread the power of God and turning around people’s lives.
Skateboarder Sergio Del La Mora frequently has Hosoi as a guest. Sergio, a skater from Santa Barbara, had the third fastest growing church, Cornerstone Church of San Diego, in America in 2011.
Jay Haizlip, another pro skater, has built a chain of churches in LA and Orange County, which sometimes features pro Brian Sumner. He is currently (2013) on the reality TV show “Pastors of LA.”
Currently, He is Building the World’s Largest Skate Park
Under the motto: “Together we can make a difference for our children of today and their children of tomorrow”
…Imagine a 12-acre indoor skateboarding megaplex, over 500,000 square feet of skateboarding paradise. A tropical city built entirely indoors including a street skate plaza of over 100,000 square feet of skateable terrain. The complex is totally enclosed by a giant air dome, ten stories tall.
