i worked at a skatepark for 2 years and did many one on one lessons as well as skate camps with anywhere from 5-10 kids at a time. i have done lessons with people who have stepped on a board and i have also done lessons where i have taught people to do tricks i cant do myself. i am definitely mainly a transition skater but i do dabble in street skating and am able to teach people pretty much any trick. i have a good eye for seeing what a person is doing wrong with a trick and helping them improve it.
