Anaheim CA Skateboarding Parks

Anaheim is in Orange County in California  A place known for John Wayne, Ronald Reagan, and Ron Jon Surf Shop. The Anaheim Downtown Skate Zone is a pre-fabricated skate park that features 4’ quarter pipes, a pyramid, and some street obstacles. As you can tell from the pictures the park is relatively small. I had some fun skating between the quarter pipes but I am easily entertained.  This is a definately a beginners skate park for those looking to learn how to drop-in or kick-turn on transition. If you are in the area then stop by and check it out for yourself. The park is located in E Broadway and S Olive St in Downtown Anaheim. Take note of this that they  do their best to maintain the hours, pricing, rules, and events for every skatepark so if you are see changes on the skatepark just don’t hesitate to comment on their site for future improvements.The park is available from 10:00 am until dawn.This is for free if you want to do your skateboarding  lessons.They also observe rules like Skateboarders Only – Helmet, knee and elbow pads are required for safety purposes.

The West Anaheim Skatepark or Skate park has a fun bowl to skate.This is also for free so check this park for that skateboarding lessons and they require to wear protective gears such as knee pads and helmet for you to do skateboarding lessons with ease and comfort and to avoid injuries if you hit on the concrete of the alleys. The park is open from dawn until dusk so no need to rush for that perfect skateboarding lessons with the pro.There are also other parks in the area like the Fullerton Skatepark and the Westminster Skatepark California Skate Parks List includes over 100 skate parks in California with a new park built nearly every few months. So popular is skateboarding that people just can’t get enough of this extreme sport  where you and your body can experience the adrenalin rush of flying through the air with only judgment, skill and lack of fear to get you through the maneuver. As you go  through the state of California, there many of the parks for free. Many actually monitor use of knee pads and helmets but some don’t. One of the largest parks in the skate park industry is Van’s at The Block in Orange. Although it charges a fee, you won’t regret spending a few bucks for some great bowls, ledges and all the excitement you dare to handle.

Van’s Skate is the largest skate park in the world, featuring an 80-foot vert ramp and extensive indoor street course. Van’s Skate Park Sessions run all day so you can choose what day would you like to do a skateboarding lessons. All skaters must sign a release form prior to skating in the park. So if you are under 18 you must have a parent or a guardian to be with you for a company or if there are no one present you can have the form that you signed be notarized.So visit now and try your luck doing skateboarding lessons.
